Abstract

This study examines the impact of privatization policy on the performance of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), using KEDCO Kabuga Branch in Kano as a case study. The research investigates the effects of privatization on the company's efficiency, service delivery, and overall performance. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods.
