Impact of Remote Work on Employee Engagement in Taj Bank Kaduna Metropolitan

Abstract
This research investigates the impact of remote work on employee engagement at Taj Bank Kaduna Metropolitan. A quantitative survey research design was employed to collect data from a sample of employees. The study found a positive correlation between employee well-being, compensation, and training and development with employee engagement and performance. However, the impact of remote work on employee engagement was nuanced and varied.
