Abstract
This research investigates the impact of organizational ethics on business performance with a focus on First Bank of Nigeria, Offa branch. It explores how organizational culture, core values, and corporate responsibility influence productivity and employee commitment. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from staff through questionnaires. The findings revealed that ethical corporate practices enhance employee morale, retention, and overall organizational performance. The study concludes that effective ethical policies and adherence to corporate values are essential for sustainable business success.
