Abstract
Abstract: This study investigates the effect of non-financial motivation on employee productivity in selected Deposit Money Banks in Adamawa State. A sample of 218 employees was selected from three banks (GT, UBA, and First Bank) using stratified random sampling (Saunders & Thornhill, 2019). Data was collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that non-financial motivators such as recognition, job security, and opportunities for growth significantly influence employee productivity. The study recommends that management of Deposit Money Banks in Adamawa State prioritize non-financial motivation strategies to enhance employee productivity and overall organizational performance.
