Abstract

This study examines the impact of flexible work conditions on job satisfaction, with a focus on the mediating roles of autonomy and work-life balance. A quantitative survey of 280 employees in Guiness plc Nigeria a revealed a significant positive relationship between flexible work conditions and job satisfaction. Specifically, employees who experienced higher levels of autonomy and work-life balance in their flexible work arrangements reported greater job satisfaction. The findings suggest that organizations can enhance employee job satisfaction by providing flexible work conditions that promote autonomy and work-life balance.
