Abstract
This study tends to examine leadership as a dynamic process as it affects the organization either positively or negatively. It examines how leadership styles influences and motivate workers to voluntarily contribute to organizational goal and objectives. This course of study also try to show the importance of open communication link between the leader and has followers in an organization to ensure mutual relationship and down ward flow of information to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the organization.
