Abstract
Street-vended foods, such as soya bean curd (Awara), are a vital part of the diet in developing countries like Nigeria, providing essential nutrients like amino acids, vitamins, and minerals (Adeyemi et al., 2021). This study evaluates the quality and safety of street-vended soya bean curd in Birnin Kebbi/Kalgo metropolis.
