Abstract
Avocado seeds serve as a valuable natural source of biologically active compounds for the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries since they do not contain any harmful substances (Tremocoldiet al., 2018). Fresh avocado seeds were collected, dried, and processed into powdered form. Quantitative analysis of phytochemicals and Bioactive compounds was conducted using standard analytical method to identify compounds such as flavonoids, phenolics, tannins, and alkaloids. In Vitro assays were performed to assess antioxidant capacity (DPPH and ABTS assays), The result for the Phytochemical (Antinutrient) are as follows: Tanin: (4.23 ± 0.04), Phenol (3.92 ± 0.02), Alkanoid: (26.04 ± 0.07), Phytate (4.71 ± 0.17), Oxalate: (8.04 ± 0.02), Saponin (0.83 ± 0.02), Flavonoid (8.04 ±0.02), DPPH (73.05 ± 0.118). All in millimeter per Kilogram (ml/kg).
