The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Employee's Performance in an Organisation

Abstract
This study examines the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance within an organization. It explores how factors such as motivation, recognition, compensation, work environment, and career development influence employees’ commitment and productivity. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings reveal that higher job satisfaction leads to improved performance, lower turnover, and greater organizational efficiency. The study concludes that enhancing job satisfaction through supportive management practices and fair reward systems is essential for sustainable organizational growth and effectiveness.
