Abstract
This study examined emotional intelligence and pro-social organisational behavior as determinants of job involvement among bank employees in otukpo metropolis. The study was cross-sectional survey. two hundred participants were randomly sampled from banks employees in otukpo metropolis. Three hypothesis were formulated to guide this study.
