Abstract
This report details the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital educational management system aimed at modernizing and streamlining administrative processes within the Department of Computer Engineering. The system was designed to address persistent challenges associated with traditional, manual record-keeping practices, which are often time-consuming, prone to error, and inefficient. By digitizing academic records and integrating an online inventory management component, the system centralizes data storage and significantly enhances accessibility and retrieval. Evaluation metrics such as time efficiency, user satisfaction, data accuracy, and reliability demonstrated a 95% reduction in retrieval time, highlighting improved workflow and data integrity. This solution represents a major advancement over traditional record-keeping, offering a scalable, efficient alternative that positions the department to better meet modern academic demands.
