Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Human Resource Management: a Study of Zenith Bank

Abstract
This study examines the impact of artificial intelligence on Human Resource Management: A Study of Zenith Bank with a primary objective to assess. Employing a descriptive research design, the population of the study comprises 212 employees of Zenith Bank., Abuja. A sample size of 139 respondents was selected using stratified random sampling, and data were collected through a well-structured questionnaire. Data gathered were analyzed and regression analysis was employed via a statistical Package (SPSS) version 27.0 in testing the formulated hypotheses. Based on the data analyzed, the result revealed that chatbots significantly impact performance appraisal accuracy at Zenith Bank, Central Business District, Abuja. The study concludes that chatbots significantly impact performance appraisal accuracy at Zenith Bank, Central Business District, Abuja. In line with the findings, it was recommended that Given the positive impact of chatbots on performance appraisal accuracy, Zenith Bank should consider expanding the use of chatbots across other HR functions to further enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
