Abstract
The relevance of dispute resolutions aid performance of an organization in the company or organizations. This research use approach of research method with the approach of path analysis. Measurement of the research using questionnaires with a semantic differential scale, while the population in the study consist of employees in College of arts and Islamic studies, minna. The result of the research shows that the dimension of the research variable is valid
