Abstract
AbstractThis study examined the significance, implementation, and challenges of the integrated science teacher training program in Nigerian universities. It explored key areas such as the concept, relevance, challenges, and the teacher training curriculum. The curriculum was found to be comprehensive and up-to-date, covering topics like security, safety, disease control, and implementation strategies. The researcher suggested several improvements, including a national initiative to address barriers affecting students in Integrated Science and for the government to cover the cost of research science books. The researcher also emphasized that "those who resist change will remain constrained."
