Abstract
Summary of Results/FindingsThe findings of this study are summarized as follows:i. The effect of written warning as one of the organizational disciplinary measures on employees’ sales target achievement is statistically significant by a high mean 32 by low SD of 18.14 forming 28% out of 100%. ii. The correlation between the issuance of written warning and employee’s turnover rate within the hotels in Ogoja is statistically significant by high mean of 26.38 by low SD of 23.96 given the coefficient of correlation to be 0.45 which is 45%, indicating moderate effct.
