Abstract

This study examines the influence of WhatsApp on Public Relations practices in BOUESTI, Ekiti State. It highlights the evolution of communication media, from traditional to new media, and its impact on PR. Social media has transformed PR, enabling effective two-way communication, and organizations now demand social media-oriented PR professionals.
