Abstract
Abstract:Influence of organizational culture on employee performance in Guinea insurance company limited Benin City Edo state investigated the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. Related literatures revealed, data were collected from sample size of 50. The data were analyzed using both influential and analytical statistics. The influential statistics was the descriptive statistics which was simple percentages to show the number of respondents and the analytical statics was to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Findings revealed that organizational culture had significant impact on employee performance in Guinea insurance company limited Benin city Edo state on the basis of which it was recommended that organizational culture should be taking importantly in Guinea insurance company limited Benin city Edo state sector and employee should be made to have the information that will necessarily improve experience.
