Abstract
Abstract This study investigates the relationship between total quality management and organizational performance, focusing on the mediating role of organizational culture. It examines the concept, maintenance, and transformation of organizational culture, and its impact on performance. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Three hypotheses were tested using Chi Square analysis. The study concludes that organizational culture is foundational to an organization's operations and survival. It recommends that management should implement policies that reinforce organizational culture to ensure consistency between principles and practice.
