Job Satisfaction as a Motivational Tool for Enhancing Work Performance

Abstract
ABSTRACT This project work is based on Job satisfaction as a motivational tool for enhancing work performance, a case study of first bank PLC Auchi, Edo State. The study provides a useful framework for analysing job satisfaction, problem associate with and possible solution to them. Based on the research carried out, the researcher was able to find some solutions to these problems. From the responses and tested hypothesis, it was discovered that; job satisfaction is a motivational tool for enhancing work performance, job enrichment led to job satisfaction, technology makes work satisfying and increase productivity, salary can enhance job satisfaction and financial rewards and incentives improve work performance.
