Abstract
This project focuses on the impact of training and development on the organization productivity using Osun State Polytechnic as case study. The focus is to understand the effect of training and development on the job, training design and delivery style. The backbone of the study is secondary data comprised of comprehensive literature review. Two hypotheses are developed to derive the impacts and after much consideration, it shows that all these have significant effect on the performance of Osun State Polytechnic.
