Antioxidant Capacity and Gc-Ms Analysis of Methanolic Extract of Kalanchoe Laciniata

Abstract
The study “Antioxidant Capacity and GC-MS Analysis of Methanolic Extract of Kalanchoe laciniata” explored the plant’s bioactive compounds and antioxidant potential. Using TPC, FRAP, and DPPH assays, it showed strong free radical scavenging ability. FTIR revealed hydroxyl, carbonyl, and amine groups, while GC-MS identified compounds like Quercetin, Rutin, β-Sitosterol, and Linoleic Acid. The results confirm its value as a natural source of antioxidants and therapeutic agents.
