Abstract
The project focuses on the production of orange juice, detailing the processes involved from fruit selection to packaging. It outlines the objectives of ensuring quality control, minimizing waste, and producing juice that meets consumer standards. The study highlights the importance of hygienic processing, proper equipment handling, and storage conditions to maintain nutritional value and freshness. It also emphasizes the economic significance of orange juice production as a viable small-scale business opportunity.
