Abstract
This study examined the public relations practices of Bouesti, a leading educational institution, and their impact on the performance of internal publics, specifically students. The research aimed to investigate the extent to which Bouesti's public relations practices influence student engagement, motivation, and overall academic satisfaction.
A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods. A survey questionnaire was administered to a sample of Bouesti students, while in-depth interviews were conducted with key personnel.
