Abstract
ABSTRACT The study investigates talent management and organizational performance in Arioye Abayomi co tax practitioners and chartered accountants’ firm. The main objective was to establish the relationship between talent management and organizational performance in Arioye Abayomi co tax practitioners and chartered accountants’ firm. Thus, the survey method makes use of questionnaires out of which 60 questionnaires were distributed and 52 was returned. SPSS 25 was used for data manipulation.
