Abstract
Abstract This research examines the significance of PR in the banking sector, focusing on Sterling Bank's customer relations practices. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, the study highlights how transparency and responsiveness enhance customer satisfaction, while also addressing challenges in managing expectations and complaints. The findings emphasize the importance of strategic PR initiatives in fostering positive customer relationships and offer recommendations for improving communication channels.
