Microbial Evaluation of Roasted Corn Sold Within Auchi Community

Abstract
This study presents a microbial evaluation of roasted com sold within the Auchi community, aiming to assess its safety for human consumption. Five different samples of roasted corn were collected and analyzed for microbial contamination, focusing on both bacterial and fungal presence.
