Abstract

The “Design and Implementation of E-Grievance and Redressal System” project modernizes student grievance handling in educational institutions by replacing traditional paper-based processes with a web-based platform. Using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, It enable student to submit and track complaints in real-time while administrator receive instant notification for prompt resolution. The system incorporate automatic text classification to direct grievance to the appropriate department efficiently. The digital approach enhance transparency, accountability, and response time, ultimately improving institutional grievance management.
