Abstract
This study investigates the extent to which exposure to mass media (radio, television, and print) influences the knowledge, attitude, and practice of modern contraceptives among women of reproductive age (15-49 years) in the rural Iree community of Osun State, Nigeria. It analyzes the role of media in disseminating family planning messages and identifies the prevailing socio-cultural and economic barriers that mediate media effectiveness in this specific rural context. The findings will provide actionable recommendations for improving health communication strategies
