This study explores marketing mix strategies and customer retention in first bank of Nigeria PLC Ekiti State. The research specifically aimed to Ascertain the effectiveness of first bank marketing strategies on customer satisfaction investigate the extent to which first bank marketing strategies are effective in enhancing customer retention determine the impact of first bank marketing strategies on customer loyalty
