Design and Implementation of Chatbot for Customer Support (a Case Study of Kabi Store)

Abstract
This project focuses on the design and implementation of a chatbot system to improve customer support at KABI Store. It combines theoretical analysis and practical development using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. The chatbot automates responses to frequent inquiries, reducing human workload and improving service speed and accuracy. Evaluation results show over 90% response accuracy, under two-second reply time, and 85% user satisfaction, proving the chatbot’s effectiveness in optimizing retail customer service.
