Abstract
This study examines the effectiveness of online recruitment as a tool for achieving organizational goals and objectives. The research investigates the impact of online recruitment on organizational performance, cost-effectiveness, and candidate quality. The findings reveal that online recruitment is an effective tool for achieving organizational goals, offering benefits such as increased reach, reduced costs, and improved candidate quality. The study provides recommendations for organizations to optimize their online recruitment strategies.
