Effect of Motivation on Employees Performance in an Organization:(access Bank Plc,ekiti State in Focus)

Abstract
This study investigates the effect of motivation on employee performance at Access Bank Plc, Ekiti State. A descriptive survey design with 92 respondents was used. Regression analysis revealed that salaries, incentives, work environment, and company policies each significantly influence employee performance. It concludes that motivation directly enhances productivity, recommending both monetary and non-monetary incentives to sustain engagement.
