Parenting Styles and Deviant Behavior Among Students in Ado Local Government

Abstract
This study explores the impact of parenting styles on students’ academic performance and behaviour in Ado Local Government. It examines how authoritative, authoritarian, permissive, and neglectful parenting influence students’ learning outcomes and emotional well-being. The findings aim to guide parents, teachers, and policymakers in promoting effective parenting and improved student achievement.
